For Brand Strategy (any tier) and Visual Identity (any tier) engagements. Captures positioning, voice, audience, competitive landscape, and visual direction. Adapts based on your specific engagement.
Web Design.
Website + Shopify build engagements
For all Web Design tiers (Startup, CEO, Icon). Captures site structure, per-page content briefs, copy status, image inventory, integrations, and technical requirements. The most content-heavy intake.
Brand Care.
Monthly retainer onboarding
For Brand Care retainer clients (Startup, CEO, Icon tiers). Captures existing brand assets, monthly deliverable expectations, priority areas, brand guardrails, and reporting preferences.
VIP Day Prep.
Pre-day preparation for Brand or Website Days
For clients who've booked a VIP Day (Brand or Website). Captures the single most important outcome, decision-ready materials, reference assets, and post-day expectations.
Print Custom Order.
Custom print runs outside the catalog
For Print Haus custom orders — letterpress, foil-stamped, specialty papers, or products outside standard catalog templates. Captures specs, quantity, timeline, and design direction.
The Commission.
Custom and bespoke design requests
For one-off design work outside standard engagements — Brand Suites, single logos, social media templates, book covers, packaging, pitch decks, illustration, landing pages, email templates, stationery, editorial layouts, and more. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it.
