Welcome to Brand Care.

This onboarding establishes the rhythm of our monthly work together. The answers here become the operating brief for your retainer.

Who handles day-to-day requests and approvals? Leave blank if that's you.

Existing Assets.

What brand system exists today? The clearer the picture, the faster we work.

Google Drive, Dropbox, or cloud folder where logos, fonts, guidelines, templates live.

How we work together month-to-month. Setting expectations here prevents friction later.

A note on retainer scope Brand Care is scoped by output cadence — specific number of deliverables per month — not unlimited requests. This keeps quality high and pacing sustainable for both of us.

The person whose sign-off means deliverable is done. Being clear prevents revision loops.

This is set by your tier but confirming so expectations are aligned.

Campaigns that repeat monthly, launches, events, seasonal content. Helps us plan ahead.

Where should the work focus? These become your default monthly allocation.

Check the top 3–5 that matter most. We'll weight our monthly work accordingly.

Launches, campaigns, events, pivots. Helps us plan the first quarter.

Guardrails & Reporting.

What's always on-brand, what's never on-brand, and how you want to see our work each month.

Voice, visual elements, tone, phrases that are reliably "you." The things we should default to.

Visual choices, voice, words, approaches you actively avoid. Knowing this prevents us from ever going there.

Times when your team is quiet (holidays, team retreats, seasonal slowdowns). We'll plan accordingly.

Historic patterns, past vendor frustrations, unique constraints, things not covered above.

Confirm everything below. These answers become your retainer operating brief.

Your Brand Care onboarding is complete. The retainer rhythm begins with your first month, and Jessica will be in touch within 2 business days to confirm your first request.

What happens next

You'll receive a confirmation email with your retainer terms and first-month kickoff details. Jessica will share a Dubsado portal invitation if not already received. First requests can be submitted as soon as you're ready — the first deliverables typically arrive within 5–7 days.
