VIP Day Prep.

A VIP Day is intensive — we build in one day what usually takes weeks. Preparation is everything. Let's get you ready.

Complete this at least 72 hours before your scheduled VIP Day Jessica reviews your answers and prepares your materials in advance. Submissions within 72 hours of the day may delay the start time.
§ II

The Outcome.

One question matters more than any other: if this day produces ONE thing, what needs to exist at the end?

Be specific. Not "a new brand" — "a positioning statement I can use in my pitch Monday" or "a 5-page Shopify site ready to accept bookings."

The real-world use. A launch, a pitch, a campaign, a partnership — what happens after the day that this needs to be ready for.

Decisions already made that we build on top of. Brand name, target audience, price point, platform choice, etc.

Open questions the day itself will resolve. Be honest — the more open the questions, the less we'll build.

Important VIP Days work best when decisions are front-loaded. The more you decide beforehand, the more we build during the day. If major strategic decisions are still open, we'll spend the day on strategy instead of output.
§ III

Materials Ready.

Everything we'll reference during the day. Drop links to anything that'll inform the work.

A single Google Drive or Dropbox folder with everything: existing brand assets, copy drafts, images, mood board, reference sites.

For Website Day — copy MUST be ready before the day. If you haven't finalized copy, flag it now.

3–5 brands, sites, or visual examples that represent the direction we should head. Include links.

Aesthetics, directions, or approaches that are definitely off-brand. Prevents us from going in the wrong direction.

§ IV

Day-Of Logistics.

How the day will actually run. Response times, decision-makers, and what happens after.

VIP Days require fast feedback loops — usually every 60–90 minutes. Flag any unavoidable meetings or quiet blocks.

One person's sign-off. If you need to consult a co-founder or spouse, build that into the day's rhythm — or confirm you have decision authority.

What do you plan to do with the deliverables? Helps us prep final files in the right format.

§ V

Review & Confirm.

Everything below becomes my pre-day brief. Review carefully — the sharper this is, the better the day.
